Stefania Figliossi

Stefania started her studies in 1983 at the Accademia Domenichino da Piacenza directed by Giuseppina Campolonghi and specialized in Lausanne, at the Ecole Atelier Rudra Bejart, taking part in shows by Maurice Béjart. In Tel Aviv, she joined The Israel Ballet company as a soloist performing a repertoire of both classic and neo-classic.

In 1998 she entered the English National Ballet in London and after one year she started performing for Aterballetto choreographies by Mauro Bigonzetti, William Forsythe, Ohad Naharin, Jiri Kylian, Itzik Galili, Eugenio Scigliano, Michele Merola, Fabrizio Monteverde. From 2010, she started freelancing both as a dancer and as a teacher in schools and international companies. Stefania took part in many international Galà with MMContemporary directed by Michele Merola and other companies.

For two years until 2012 she worked with the American company Dominic Walsh Dance Theatre. She taught at the Random Company, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre Ballet and Preljocaj. With ADC company Stefania performed in the play 4 Stagioni by Vivaldi.
